Orders & Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day.
Yes — standard shipping is free on all orders over $75 within the contiguous United States. Shipping rates for orders under $75 are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also view your order history and tracking information by logging into your account.
We begin processing orders quickly, but if you contact us at fadedllcbarbershop@gmail.com within 1–2 hours of placing your order, we will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Once an order has been packed and labeled, we cannot make changes.
International shipping is not currently available. We currently ship to all 50 US states. We are working to expand — check back for updates.
Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at fadedllcbarbershop@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate and offer a replacement or store credit where applicable.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition. To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Opened personal care products (styling compounds, fragrances, sprays) and consumable supplies (neck strips, gloves) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Tools and equipment must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Processing time on your bank's end may add a few additional days.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item — in those cases we will provide a prepaid return label.
Products & Fade the World
Fade the World is our in-house product line — developed by barbers, for barbers. It includes styling compounds (pomades, clays, creams), fragrances, and finishing sprays. Every formula is tested in-shop before it makes it to the shelf.
Each Fade the World product page includes a Formula Profile showing Hold (1–5) and Shine (1–5) ratings. High hold + low shine = matte clay style. Low hold + high shine = slick, glossy finish. If you're unsure, reach out and we'll point you in the right direction.
Our formulas are designed for professional barbershop use and are suitable for most hair types. We recommend reviewing the ingredient list on each product page before use if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.
Yes. All professional tools (Andis, Wahl, BabyLissPRO, JRL, StyleCraft, L3VEL3) are sourced from authorized US distributors and carry the manufacturer's warranty. We do not sell gray-market or counterfeit products.
Hold (1–5) indicates how strongly the product keeps hair in place — 1 is flexible/light, 5 is firm all-day control. Shine (1–5) indicates gloss level — 1 is matte, 5 is high-gloss. These are visible on each Fade the World product page.
Account & Payment
No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you view order history, save shipping addresses, and track your orders more easily.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods available through Shopify Checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe), a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your full card number or CVV on our servers.
Go to the Login page and click 'Forgot your password?' Enter your email address and we will send a password reset link. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
Log into your account and navigate to Account Settings. You can update your name, email, and saved addresses from there.
Wholesale & Trade
Yes — we offer wholesale pricing for barbershop owners and stylists interested in carrying the Fade the World line. Reach out to us at fadedllcbarbershop@gmail.com with your shop name and location to get started.
For large tool orders (10+ units), contact us directly to discuss pricing. We work with new shop openings and existing shops expanding their inventory.
