Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the contiguous United States.

Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Rates are provided by our carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and may vary by package weight and destination.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can also view order status by logging into your account at thefadedcollective.com/account.
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.
Processing & Holiday Delays
During high-volume periods — including major holidays (Black Friday, Christmas, New Year's), product launches, and sales events — processing times may extend to 3–5 business days. We will notify customers of any significant delays via email.
Carrier delays are outside our control. Estimated delivery windows are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
Incorrect Address
It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.
If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at fadedllcbarbershop@gmail.com. We can only correct addresses before the order has been packed and labeled. Once a shipping label is generated, address changes may not be possible.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where possible, offer a replacement or store credit.
For lost packages, we may require a carrier claim to be filed before we can issue a resolution. We will assist you through this process.
International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available. We are working to expand our shipping regions — check back for updates.
