The Faded Collective is a barber-supply e-commerce store operated by Faded LLC, based in Bloomington, Indiana. We sell professional barber tools (including clippers, trimmers, shavers, and accessories) sourced from established brands, as well as our own in-house product line, Fade the World — a collection of fragrances, styling compounds, and finishing formulas developed for use in professional barbershops.

We are not a manufacturer for third-party brands we carry. Those products are sold as-received from authorized distributors and are subject to the respective manufacturer's warranties and policies.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or place an order. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

When you create an account you agree to:

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual color, finish, and packaging may vary slightly due to photography, screen calibration, or manufacturer updates. Such variation does not constitute a defect or grounds for a return.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at that incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed. We will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if payment has already been processed.

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the listed product(s) at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or other third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or Shop Pay). The Faded Collective does not store your full credit card information on our servers. By submitting a payment, you represent that:

• Sufficient funds or credit are available for the transaction

We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity and to report such activity to the appropriate authorities.

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. The Faded Collective is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier once an order has been picked up for shipment. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at fadedllcbarbershop@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to assist in filing a claim.

Orders may experience processing delays during high-volume periods (holidays, sales events, etc.). We will communicate any significant delays via email.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be:

• Unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
• Not classified as a non-returnable item (see below)

Non-returnable items include: Opened personal care products (colognes, sprays, styling products), items marked as final sale, and consumable supplies (neck strips, gloves) that have been partially used or opened.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or we made an error. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet the above conditions.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to the The Faded Collective name, logo, the Fade the World brand name, product formulas, photography, design elements, copy, and code — is the exclusive property of Faded LLC and is protected by US copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Monroe County, Indiana, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm. You waive any right to a jury trial and agree that any proceeding will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action.
