Returns & Refunds

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To initiate a return, contact us at fadedllcbarbershop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Eligible Items

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags and accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened personal care products (colognes, sprays, styling compounds)
  • Consumable supplies that have been opened or partially used (neck strips, gloves, blades)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, these restrictions do not apply — contact us immediately and we will make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the credit to appear.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet the conditions above.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product — in those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for packages lost in return transit.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you want.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email fadedllcbarbershop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
